Achievements, also commonly known as Badges, are awards players can obtain in-game or through other means (e.g. "Group Member" by joining the LSPLASH Roblox group).
In DOORS, some specific actions and challenges (like surviving Rush) are rewarded with an achievement. Unlocking an achievement whilst playing will show a UI notification on the top right of the player's screen, as well as awarding the player with a badge.
In the Lobby, players can display one of their earned achievements above their character. The achievement "Welcome" is displayed by default. It can be changed via the "Achievements" menu.
Each achievement or category of achievements has a unique text color that represents the displayed achievement rarity or difficulty when being displayed. A total of 111 achievements are in the game, when classified into the 8 categories, are: 26 "General", 23 "Entities", 25 "Crucifix", 9 "Floors", 7 "Collab", 5 "Challenges", 9 "Events" and 12 "Battle". Collecting all 55 current progress badges (those which have a circle outline around it) will gain the player a star next to their name in the Lobby.

Tutorial: To get this badge, you must find Bread in The Mines through Louie and store it in the Rift and start a new run taking out the Bread from the Rift in The Reception and going all the way through the entrance of The Outdoors, and drop Bread on the floor for Caws to pick it up, OR open The Outdoors' vine-covered chests which have a rare chance for Bread to spawn in, and drop Bread on the floor for Caws to pick it up.
Tutorial: To get this badge, you must find Louie in The Mines and trade any of the items in the item pool below until he gives you the Gween Soda, and when you obtain the Gween Soda, drink it.

NOTE: It is impossible to track the amount of owners of secret badges added in The Takeover Update, as they do not give a Roblox badge.
A total of 10 achievements can be obtained without playing a single run of any floor (Welcome, Welcome Back, Group Member, Tower Hero, True Tower Hero, Hotel Adventurer, Void Buster, You're It, Truer Tower Hero, We Out Here). This would require joining the game on two different days, joining the LSPLASH Group, fully completing the first and second, and playing one round in The Courtyard map during the Untitled Tag Game Collab.
However, a total of 67 achievements can be obtained by only playing one round with reviving with a Lotus, with an extremely low chance due to crucifix spawns, entity spawns and item spawns.
There was originally going to be a "Thousand of Many" death badge, though it was scrapped because it was unlikely anyone would obtain it without intentionally dying.
In an old teaser of the settings menu, a badge called "Dead Of Night" can be seen above LSPLASH's avatar. This badge went unused, but was later re-added.
It is thought that this was for Dread before it was removed. Dread was later added back in the DOORS x The Hunt update but did not come with the badge. With Floor 2 being released, however, it has been added back.
The ".. bro idk" badge was an accidental duplicate made for The Great Outdoors Update of the Detour achievement, as it was named "De...", exactly like the real Detour achievement also used to be named. Because of this, the developers then hid the Roblox badge and changed its name to ".. bro idk".
Meanwhile, a new "Detour" achievement was created but was not awarded to those who had the "Detour" achievement.
However, you can still use The Backdoor even when you only have the "Roomy" achievement.
The "Survival The Jeff The Killer" badge's name used to be "?????" with a description of "erm guys? theres a new badge? look!! look!!"[verification needed].
The "Flyswatter" achievement was renamed to "Bug Bomb" in The Content Update.
On the Roblox badges list, it's still referred to as "Flyswatter".
The "In Plain Sight" badge's original icon got content deleted for "sexual content" according to the warning. LSPLASH thought this was because of the Roblox character looking naked in the icon, so they gave them fake doors merch in the icon.[1]
When The Content Update released, "Trial And Error", "Playtime", "Rocky Road", and "A Hard Place" didn't have icons.
The "Hotel Hell" badge image uses the same model of Seek as the "Take A Breather" achievement image.
Jack's badge icon has the same background as the "Rock Bottom" badge, but significantly darker.
Multiple other badges can be seen in the background of the "Buddy System" badge.
A blurred version of the "Welcome" badge appears to be in the background.
Halt's eyes are in the background of the badge, and they seem to be copied from Halt's own badge, "Two Steps Forward".
While hard to notice, the "Rock Bottom" badge is also overlaid with the background as well.
The "Rock Bottom" and "See You Soon" badges can be obtained even when spectating someone else beating The Hotel and The Mines respectively. Same goes with "Not Five Stars", "Hotel Hell", "Rocky Road" and "A Hard Place" badges.
LSPLASH has said in a Q&A that some achievement icons might get updated soon, as some icons are either outdated, a reused picture from another icon achievement or a screenshot from an earlier trailer.[2]
Those being:
Outdated: Welcome and Welcome Back (due to having an older version of the lobby), Expert Technician (due to having the pre-Hotel+ update Electrical Room), Two Steps Forward (due to having the old Halt's hallway), Meet Jack (due to having an older version of Jack) and Sshh! (due to having the old library).
However, in The Content Update, Sally was updated with more functionality and was given two badges, so this statement is outdated.
If one player in a group escapes the Rooms, all players are awarded with the Back On Track badge, even if they died in the Rooms.
This is likely because all players are revived when leaving the Rooms, and the achievement is awarded when re-entering The Hotel.
If you want to obtain "Red Mist", "Stop Right There", "Grin Reaper", "Time Out", "Blue Light" and "Lookman No Looking", you have to activate the "Room For More", "Blitz, Oh", "Make Haste" and "Look, Man" modifiers in a main floor.
There are two versions of the "Rock Bottom" badge (although they are treated as the same badge in-game): one that was obtainable before the Hotel+ Update, and one that is obtainable after the Hotel+ Update.)
The "Survival The Jeff The Killer" badge has for some reason two different icons, with one being the original image of Jeff the Killer, which appears in its UI notification and when a player displays the badge on the lobby (both examples seen below). The second one is an image with black static, which can be seen on the Roblox website.[4]
"Hardstuck" is the first achievement to have multiple variations and serial numbers, with 5 in total.
"Hardstuck"'s achievement in the Roblox inventory description is "Wow! I Wonder What This Is For" instead of "So... this is ELO hell.", as it is in-game.[6]
The image used for the "Group Member" badge is the almost same icon as the Fandom account of LSplashYeet.
Their achievement icon also features more eyes than the entity has, with a total of 60 eyes. This is because the image of Eyes was duplicated and added to the corners of the achievement icon.
The description for the "Sshh!" achievement is a reference to the "We are Number One" meme.
Rush's achievement description, "I'm walkin' here!" is a reference to a line from the film "Midnight Cowboy".
This description can appear when Rush is about to pass a room if VoiceActing is active saying: CAN'T YOU SEE I'M WALKIN' HERE!?.
Supporting Small Businesses' description may be a reference to Apu's "Thank, you come again." Catchphrase from The Simpsons.
The badge "Pls Donate" is a reference to another Roblox game of the same name.
If the player has this badge, they unlock a booth inside of the Roblox game ‘PLS DONATE’ styled off the Jeff Shop.
The description for the "Pls Donate" achievement is a reference to the game UNDERTALE, where the protagonist is able to pay to vendor Temmie's college (referred to as "cool leg" or "colleg" by Temmie).
The description for "Running Track" is a reference to old Roblox cart ride games, often named "Cart Ride into _____", and some other old Roblox games having "for Free Robux" near the end of the title.
Timothy's achievement icon is a reference to a joke between the developers and pre-release testers, where it was commonly requested that any drawers containing Timothy would be covered with webs, although this request always was declined.
Timothy's achievement description, however, is a potential reference to an action in The Henry Stickmin Collection's 4th 'episode', Infiltrating the Airship, where during the Government Supported Private Investigator route, Henry attempts to spook a clan member with a tiny spider on a stick, but instead to scream or being scared and running, the clan member greeting it warmly, saying "Oh, hello Mr. Spider." before Henry hitting him in the head with the stick being the member dazed and knocked out.
The "Error" badge icon is a distorted image of Glitch taken from this tweet. (0:07)
This is the first ever badge to be modified, as its badge icon went from the infamous content deleted image to its current one. The description was also changed, with it formerly being "Note to self: stick with the team."
Was changed because many players think the icon was failing to load.
The badge icons for both the "Take A Breather" and "All Figured Out" are references to memes.
They, along with Scammed, are also the only Crucifix-related achievements that aren't images of the entity shrouded in darkness. This may be because they are not actually banished and are only stuck in place for a moment. However, Louie can be banished upon using a Crucifix on him.
Furthermore, Queen Grumble’s Crucifixbadge does not follow this rule, instead being shrouded in darkness like other entities.
The Down The Drain icon might be a reference to one of the scenes in Terminator where he shows a thumbs up while drowning in lava, or an elimination scene in the Polus map from Among Us (which seems to also reference the specific Terminator scene).
The "I Hate You" badge description is a reference to the onion carriage scene in the movie Shrek 2.
Its description might be a reference to Jeff The Killer's catchphrase, "GO TO SLEEP", because people often have dreams in their sleep.
The "Void Buster" badge and description is a reference to the song "Ghostbusters" by Ray Parker Jr.
The "You Finally Turn Green" achievement is a reference to the Smiling Friends episode named "Pim Finally Turns Green".
The description for the "Other Way Around" badge references a scene in The Incredibles where Mr. Incredible says "Yeah, I've got time."
The description of the "Trickshot" achievement is a reference to the SpongeBob episode "Krusty Krab Training Video", in which a brick is thrown at a fish who repeatedly says "Hooplah!"
Playtime's name and description may be a reference to Baldi's Basics' Playtime (in which she has the name and catchphrase of both the name and description respectively) or Poppy Playtime.
Playtime's Over's description may be a reference to the Woody's Nightmare scene from Toy Story 2.
The "Queen's Gambit" achievement is a reference to a popular chess opening.
"Two Steps Ahead" is currently being connected to a video of the same name by famous mukbanger Nikocado Avocado, although the achievement appeared much earlier.
The "Stop Right There" achievement's description is a reference to Sans from Undertale explaining blue attacks to the player. It’s name is also a reference to The "Stop Right There, Criminal Scum." Meme.
The "Under New Management" achievement's name may be a reference to the scene in Megamind where the character Titan says "I wouldn't say freed, more like under new management."
The "Red Mist" achievement is a reference to the famous creepypasta, red mist. The description is a refrence to the "DON'T ASK WHO JOE IS" meme, which has the previously mentioned red mist squidward staring, with the text "DON'T ASK WHO JOE IS" in all capitals, is put at the top and bottom of the image.
The "Time Out" achievement description could be a reference to "hold up. wait a minute, something ain't right" meme.
The "In Plain Sight" achievement description is a reference to one of Sans' lines from Undertale.
The "Lookman No Looking" achievement is a reference to the phrase "Swiper no swiping!" from the TV show Dora the Explorer.
This extends to the achievement's description.
The "Lost In The Dark" achievement description references a vine made by CalebCity.
The "Bug Bomb" achievement description references a children's song, as the "splat, goes the gloombat!" Is a reference to the song "Pop, goes the weasel".
Both the name and the description for "A Hard Place" are most likely a reference to the phrase "between a rock and a hard place" which is an idiom that describes being in a difficult situation with no good options, forcing a choice between two equally unpleasant or undesirable alternatives.
Both the name and the description for "Rocky Road" have 2 meanings, the first being "Rocky Road" - something being rocky implies the challenge was difficult, "I think I'm good with vanilla" - vanilla in this context means "without modifiers". The second meaning being "Rocky Road" - Rocky Road ice cream (chocolate), "I think I'm good with vanilla" - Vanilla ice cream.
The "A Triple" achievement and description are a reference to the 2010 meme "Oh Baby, A Triple."
The "Party Wipe" achievement description is likely a reference to a 20v1 meme.
The "Finders Keepers" achievement description could be a reference to "Mine Mine Mine" meme from Finding Nemo.
It might also reference the roblox game In Plain Sight 2, as they share the same name.
The name is a callback to the "In Plain Sight" achievement.
The "The One Who Dealt It" achievement description is most likely a reference to the Overwatch cinematic "Junkertown: The Plan"
The "Potassium Power" achievement description is a reference to Queen's dialogue during the car scene in Deltarune Chapter 2.
The Caw's achievement "Feed the Birds" description is a reference to the video "brother may I have some oats" where the second pig says: "I believe they have taken a liking to me."
The "Sugar Crash" Achievement description could be a reference to Gravity Falls. Mabel, after eating too much sugar, starts hallucinating and says "Maybe I've had too much. What do you think?"
Bugs
Current
There's a typo in the direction of "Detour" achievement ("Recieve" instead of "Receive") and in the description of "Rebirth" achievement ("Binded" instead of "Bound").
"In Plain Sight" achievement is not obtainable by hiding from A-60, A-120, Blitz, RNIUSHCg== or AR0xMBUSH without a hiding spot.
Since August 12th, 2025, the "Hardstuck" achievement is obtainable again.[7]
However, popups still appear for any achievements in the Lobby.
Fixed
When The Modifiers Update released, "Rebound" achievement was broken and unobtainable after.
When The Mines Update released, a lot of badges stopped being awarded.
The "Trespassing" achievement was obtained when starting The Nest. This was fixed after the nerf.
The "Sshh!" achievement was unobtainable even if The Library was completed. This was fixed during the September 17, 2024 patch.
The "Meet Jack" achievement was only obtainable for meeting Bloodroom Jack and meeting Closet Jack didn't give the achievement. This was fixed when 2024 Trick Or Treat Event realeased.
When The Content Update released, "A Hard Place" had the same outer frame color as the "Not Five Stars" and "Rocky Road" achievements (yellow-purple blue).
When The Great Outdoors Update released, the "Touched Grass", "Picking Flowers" and "Rebirth" achievements didn't award the Roblox badges to some players despite having the achievement.
This bug then recurred after The Mines Update, though that has also been fixed.
Before the December 5th, 2025 patch, 2025 Trick Or Treat Event badges were not secret, despite the event ending. This means that the players couldn't complete the progression.

The Content Update released, which added 19 new badges. (You Finally Turn Green, Improvise, Trade Offer, Trial And Error, Playtime, Bug Zapper, Lost In The Dark, Under New Management, Red Mist, Stop Right There, Grin Reaper, Red Light, Lookman No Looking, Time Out, Queen's Gambit, Scammed, Playtime's Over, Rocky Road and A Hard Place). Flyswatter was renamed to "Bug Bomb". "The Bigger They Are" achievement icon has been changed as normal Grumbles can be crucified now.
Queen Grumble's crucifix icon is the old "The Bigger They Are" icon. Eyes' crucifix achievement description updated to "Stop staring at me with them big ol' eyes!".
The Great Outdoors Update released, adding 8 new badges, being: A Bone To Pick, Feed The Birds, Picking Flowers, Rebirth, Detour, Touched Grass, Down The Water Sprout, D'oh. Old detour achievment had it's description changed to "How gloomy!", and renamed to "Roomy".
Some achievements got a rewards for players.

The Takeover Event released, adding Winner, Pointers, Winner Winner, In Plain Sight 2, High Roller, A Triple, Party Wipe, Finders Keepers, The One Who Dealt It, Ring Out, Potassium Power and Battler achievements. Progression system was added.
Down The Water Sprout now rewards Bramble Lantern skin.
