Currency relates to the in-game units that are applicable at different Shops.
Gold, a common currency found within containers on every floor. It can be used to buy items at various Shops and is converted to Knobs at the end of a run. For each 20 Gold obtained, the player will gain 1 extra knob at the end of a run.
Knobs, the main currency of the game, used to purchase in-game items at the start of a floor and item skins in the lobby shop. Knobs are gained from purchasing them in the lobby's shop, playing runs or redeeming codes. Gold obtained and Doors opened increase the knobs gained.
Stardust, which is used to create elevators to subfloors and purchase item skins chromas. Stardust is gained from purchasing it in the lobby's shop or for finding it. Stardust can appear in any floor, but has a better chance of appearing in subfloors. It can also be gained by Codes.
Candy, a limited-time currency gained by eating the item of the same name during Trick or Treat events. It is used exclusively for Halloween-themed item skins.
