Not to be confused with Second Tower Heroes Collab.

The First Tower Heroes Collab was an official collaboration between Pixel-bit Studio and LSPLASH. It started on July 21, 2023 and ended on September 30, 2023 on Tower Heroes side all decoration stayed for few days after in Doors.

All of its related achievements remain obtainable (except the live event achievement), though hidden after the date.[1]

Overview Overview[]

  • Four new achievements were added; each being awarded by completing a specific difficulty in Tower Heroes.
    • This includes a hidden achievement titled “Void Buster” which is obtained by the player entering adventure mode and choosing the "Hotel" theme in Tower Heroes while having their current time set to midnight.
  • Changes were made in the Tower Heroes lobby 1, 2, and 3 days before the event begun:
    • At 3 days remaining, the lobby was set to sunset with rain visible outside, and the DOORS soundtrack 'Dawn of the Doors' also replaced the regular one.
    • At 2 days remaining, the lobby was set to night and Sally was also visible outside.
    • At 1 day remaining, the lobby was set to midnight and became incredibly dark, with lights flickering occasionally. Figure's growling sound effect was also present.
  • In the DOORS Lobby, Tower Heroes characters and decorations were added.
  • Paintings were added which reference Tower Heroes in many ways. These paintings can still be found in-game.

Maps & Modes[]

It's looking really bad outside...
- Kart Kid

The Basement is a sub-floor/map in tower heroes, it's the location for the live event and under the tower heroes lobby.

Overview Overview[]

The Basement contains 5 generators (number needs to be checked) scattered around, completing these generators results in a minigame that you'll have to complete. There is also a door that you'll escape from after the all the generators are complete.

The Basement seems to be a place where the game stores previous items/currency from events in Tower Heroes like candy (not to be confused with the DOORS Candy), gingerbread, etc., with crates and the items stacked up on each other or on shelves, there also seems to be planks on crates that can be walked on.

There are stairs that lead to generators and lamps that light up The Basement and a giant hole caused by Figure.

The Tower Heroes' Guiding Light is an entity in the Hotel, it appears on the doors themed maps and as a purchasable follower on the Tower Heroes Event.

as a follower its just seen as bright cyan sparkles. but on the doors maps, it appears as a cyan text on the upper part of the screen.

It will appear at the start and end of every wave in the Doors Maps to tell the The Player what Entities will appear next.

It is never directly seen. Instead, it appears as a yellow text on the upper part of the screen when the void buster event is triggered.

The Tower Heroes' Red Light is an entity in the Hotel, appearing as the opposite of Guiding Light in the weekly challenge "Hotel Visitors!" of the Tower Heroes Event.

Overview Appearance[]

It is never directly seen. Instead, it appears as a red text on the upper part of the screen.

Behavior Behavior[]

It will appear at the start and end of every wave in the weekly challenge "Hotel Visitors!" to tell the Figure (the player) what humans will appear next. It appears to be some sort of opposite of Guiding Light, as it alerts figure when trespassers enter the library.

Trivia Trivia[]

  • The name for Tower Heroes' Red Light is completely unknown, so its name is currently based on the color of it.
    • Contrary to popular belief, it is not officially named Mischievous Light, and that was simply a name given by fans.
  • Despite it being red, the Tower Heroes Event is noncanon to DOORS, so both the Red Light in DOORS and the Red Light in Tower Heroes are labelled as separate entities.

Overview Appearance[]

  • Kart kid is a young monster with horns in racing gear, He rides a kart and rams into enemies with it. His appearance in the live event is Level 4 default Kart kid.
  • Wizard is a robed person with a wizard hat, he uses a wand to cast spells, His appearance in the live event is based on Level 1 default Wizard.
  • Chef is a tall muscular man with a chef hat and squirtle squad shades, he uses a frying pan as a weapon. His appearance in the event is Level 4 default Chef
  • Soda Pop is a mouse wearing a purple sweater and beanie, he uses lime pop to attack entities with splash. His appearance in the event is Level 2 default Soda pop.
  • Scientist is a woman with a green skin tone with glasses and a lab coat, she wears her computer companion "byte" as a backpack. Her appearance in the event is taken from the "mini-lazer" skin.
  • El Goblino is a stubby goblin with 2 goblin ears and an earring. His appearance is Level 1-2 Default Goblino which is based version of his current design but in the Tower Heroes art-style.

Specifically El Goblino appears at the start of "The Library?" running away from 2 screeches and he runs on circles until you either kill the screeches or you let him die, letting him die will lead to the player losing instantly.

  • Spawns as a "Screech?", "Dupe?", "Eyes?", or "Window?", which turns into Glitch upon death.
  • Disguised forms are not immune to status effects.

  • Screech and Dupe clones dont have health scaling however Eyes and Window Do.
  • Revealed form does not have health scaling.
  • Revealed form is immune to status effects.

  • Plays Rush's Crucifix/Repent sound effect, but low pitched when damaged.
  • When Ambush reaches the end of the map, it will spawn back at the beginning with the HP it had when at the end, This is repeated 3 times before despawning.
  • Rebound mechanic also removes the 20s cooldown from goblino/byte's stun.
  • Ambush is the fastest enemy in the game having over 20 speed.
  • Ambush is not affected by health scaling.

Overview Appearance[]

Timothy Jr. is almost identical to Timothy, with the only difference being that Timothy Jr. has a childish pinwheel hat.

Sludge is an entity in the Hotel, appearing as the third antagonist of the Tower Heroes Event.

Overview Appearance[]

Sludge appears as a mound of black goo or slime (similar to Seek) as well having Seek's Eyes around it. It spins as it moves.

Behavior Behavior[]

It will appear once as the third entity the player has to fight. It slowly crawls towards the Jeff Shop.

Trivia Trivia[]

  • Its model is used for the third upgrade of Branch's Seek skin.
  • Sludge somewhat resembles Seek's appearance in The Dam, though this is likely just a coincidence.
  • Tied with Hands as the slowest entity of the event.

Hands is an entity in the Hotel, appearing as the sixth antagonist of the Tower Heroes Event.

Overview Appearance[]

Hands appears to be a mound of black goo or slime (looking the same as Seek and Sludge) as well having Seek's Eyes all around it. It's main characteristic is the Seek Hands all around it.

Behavior Behavior[]

It will once appear as the sixth entity to fight. It slowly crawls and spins towards the Jeff Shop (or the Elevator in adventure mode).

Hole is an entity in the Hotel.

Overview Appearance[]

Hole seems to be a mound of black material that forms an entity. It has black hands with 3 fingers on each one and comes from a underground hole.

  • It is the one of the only two new entities that are considered actual ones, since Sludge and Hands can be just a part of Seek and Voided is just a possesed player/hero. The other one is the Red Light.
  • RediblesQW on stream said that Hole was made for Tower Heroes and they don't plan adding it to main game.
  • Hole is the inspiration behind Seek Sludge design

Voided looks like the silhouette of the heroes Wizard, Kart Kid, Soda Pop, Scientist, and Chef.

It appears whenever Void consumes a hero. After this, it will act like a normal enemy.

Overview Appearance[]

The Figure's design is a towering humanoid entity with a red fleshy texture. It has a spherical head, lacking any facial features except for a wide, circular mouth filled with many randomly aligned teeth. It has a skinny body with a bone-like structure around its chest resembling a ribcage, glowing blisters on its limbs and head, and a vein on the top of its head. Its mouth emits light.

It is unknown what Void looks like, or if it even has any sort of appearance. It simply appears as a black void, hence the name "Void".

In Level 1. Bob is only a small cartoony skeleton head with two stubby oval feet and hands. he also wears a baseball cap

In Level 2. Bob becomes a normal skeleton with a black tie and glasses

In Level 3. Bob gets a neck bandana. spiked wristbands and the baseball cap gets a golden ear piercing

In Level 4. Bob now only has his baseball cap which now has on top a pot. Bob also has a small vine on his arm

In Level 5. Bob grows bigger arms and his clothes change to hard hat with a building vest

Hider is a skin for Kart Kid from Tower Heroes.

Overview Appearance[]

Hider has multiple variations of itself on each level. Level 1 is just a chibi.

Level 2 is a chibi that hides next to a bed.

Level 3 is a chibi that hides in a closet next to a drawer with a lamp.

Level 4 is a chibi that hides behind 3 wine barrels.

Level 5 is a chibi that hides in a Tool Cupboard with a bush and plants behind it.

There are 7 chibis that are random every time you upgrade or place this skin. Leading to a total of 35 different versions of this skin (5 levels and 7 random skins).

It will summon Rush (if level 1-3), Ambush (if level 4-5) or Enraged Ambush (if invincibility on Ambush).

Snare is a greenish-brown grassy entity with holes hiding retractable spike-like growths. While dormant, it looks akin to a circular dirt patch on the ground. When stepped on by a enemy, it releases its large white spikes to stun them.

Usage Features[]

Not to be confused with The Mines' Generator.

Usage Usage[]

Generators can be seen in the basement of the Tower Heroes Lobby. The player needs to repair and power all of them to escape it. Playing a mini game will repair them.

Minigame[]

The minigame is a circle with a pointer and an area highlighted in red to hit. The pointer spins until the generator is fixed. Players may press the E key to hit the area the pointer is on. Hitting the highlighted area increases progress, whileas hitting anywhere else will decrease progress and attract the Figure. Similar to the Library and the Electrical Room, the Figure might occasionally pathfind its way to generators even if not alerted. The player can hide behind some of the generators if they accidentally alert the Figure and it will not be able to get them.

Usage Usage[]

In the 2024 easter egg event you could collect books in the library map to get a code, this code could be used in the codes section in the lobby.

  • Dupe's door is labeled "13", a commonly used number across DOORS material such as thumbnails and trailers.
    • The number 13 sometimes represents unluckiness and dwelling evil.
  • Angry Ambush is a reference to Ambush's first design in which it had red skin with a tail.
    • It also is activated once the invincibility is triggered.
  • Some of the Bob skins upgrades parallel El Goblino's upgrades: tie > gardener > construction.
  • The Glitch follower description "What makes it all the more unsettling is it's the characters you know too." is a reference to a copypasta about the show "Learning with Pibby".
  • The Buff Figure follower description "Looking like I'm tip-top" doubles as a reference to the song "Tick Tock" by Joji and the Buff Team Fortress 2 Mercenaries meme.
  • According to RediblesQW in his Tower Heroes playthrough, The Hotel Adventure Mode was originally going to be "way harder".[citation needed]
  • Hide has two eyes in its closet, but in the Enemy Followers list, it cannot be seen due to the small size and angle.
  • The "Chibi" enemies in the "Hotel Visitors!" weekly quest and the Rush skin for Kart Kid are references to LSPLASH's other game, Ragdoll Universe.
  • Shadow uses its old design.
    • Shadow's design was removed current game due to it looking like a hanging corpse and it would not be appropriate for DOORS since it's an all ages game at the time. It is unknown why it was reused in this event.
  • A Spectre skin based off of Halt was considered, however wasn't chosen to be kept.[2]
  • The Tower Heroes crossover is currently the biggest crossover DOORS had made.[3]
  • Many of El Goblino’s dialogue about the event implies it was a "dream he had", similar to the 2023 April Fools Event.
  • The Figure will always become a ragdoll upon being defeated.
  • Lightning_Splash confirmed that the Tower Heroes X Doors event badges do count as progression because they are in the game permanent, but the Untitled Tag Game Collab doesn't since it's limited. This is same for the 2023 April Fools Event, The Hunt, and 2024 April Fools Event.
  • If you encounter a rare enemy called the "Mimic" Curious Light will replace Guiding Light and say: "I hope you know what just appeared." even if you didn't changing your time to 12:00 AM.
  • The Tower Hero's achievements descriptions have been recently altered. It is currently unknown as to why they were changed.[citation needed]
  • This is the first of the two doors collabs.
