"Hooplah!"
- "Trickshot" Achievement description
Glowsticks are a type of light source item that can only be found in The Mines in and on containers.
Appearance[]
The Glowstick, like it's real life counterpart, is a transparent stick with a handle on the front. The inside of the stick is filled with semi-transparent luminol that has a randomly selected color: red, orange, yellow, lime, green, teal, blue, purple, pink and white. Dropped glowsticks or glowsticks spawned in containers are colored brown.
Usage[]
Upon use, the player will crack and turn on the Glowstick right before throwing it. It will tumble a short distance upon landing and emit a bright colored glow for some time. Once thrown, a Glowstick cannot be picked back up.
Notes[]
- Glowsticks can be thrown farther if aimed slightly upwards.
- Figure can be distracted by Glowsticks.
- They will not be destroyed, unlike the Alarm Clock.
- Giggle can be stunned by throwing a Glowstick at it, which will award the 'Trickshot!' Achievement.
- Glowsticks can safely be used around Gloombats, although they are likely to destroy it.
- The player can switch the color of a Glowstick by dropping one and picking it up.

Bugs[]
- If a Glowstick is used and then unequipped before it is thrown, the Glowstick will appear active in the player's hand. However, it does not produce any light in this form.
- The stack containing the active Glowstick can't be dropped until that Glowstick is actually thrown.
- If a player uses their last Glowstick at the moment they enter a hiding place, their Glowstick count will show 0.
- When using Glowsticks, sometimes the counter will not drop.
- Glowsticks are able to float in mid-air when they're thrown.
- When spam throwing Glowsticks, there is a chance that the Glowstick will not be removed from your inventory, essentially duping it.
- If a Glowstick is thrown into Dam Seek's goo, which is then drained, the Glowstick will float in the air.
Trivia[]
- Glowsticks come in the following colors: red, orange, yellow, lime, green, teal, blue, purple, pink and white.
- The colours of a Glowstick are very similar to the colours of Gloombats, excluding the orange, lime, teal, purple, and white variations of the Glowstick.
- If the player throws a Glowstick in water, it will float on it instead of falling in.
- Two Glowsticks can sometimes spawn in the same spot in a locker.
- Glowsticks are one of the many items that can be spawned with the "Prize Inside" Candy in the 2024 Trick or Treat event.
- When spawned from the "Prize Inside" candy, the player will receive 10 Glowsticks.
