The Tales Of Tanorio Collab is an event in the game Tales of Tanorio. It is an official collaboration between Team of Tanorio and LSPLASH. It started on October 31st, 2024, and ended on December 7th, 2024.

It has two DOORS inspired minigames, Haunted Mansion and Nightmare Mansion, it also introduced lots of new Tanorians & Tanorian Forms.

Haunted Realm Floor Information Rooms 1 (3 if counting fields) Date Added October 31st 2024 The Haunted Realm is an area in Tanoria that's been taken over by Illuseer, it serves as the lobby for the Collab. Appearance It has 2 fields of tall grass, a bunch of Jachnid around the place, a shop + healing station, some houses, leaderboards, and the "elevators" to Haunted Mansion and Nightmare Mansion. Trivia you aren't normally able to get here without a starter but due to a glitch it was possible to do so. Getting into a battle without having a tanorian soft locks the game. Appearance Starts with Entryway to Lobby to Stairway then is just Layer Two for the rest of the floor (briefly the Corn Maze near the end), it has no entities except Marbawl, Vampire Termitator, Scarecrow Lampyro, ToT Seek, and Drippo. Trivia Instead of an ending boss & cutscene, you just get instantly teleported back to the Haunted Realm

Trivia Despite looking more like a Spotlight, it functions like a flashlight The Weak Flashlight lasts for 8 minutes The Weak Flashlight always spawns at 50% charged so you can only ever use it for 4 minites Picking up a second recharges it to 50% In the game files, the flashlight is titled "Holder_WEAK_FLASHLIGHT". Gallery The icon for the Weak Flashlight (heavily blurred) Health Pills INFORMATION Type Healing Item Maximum Stack 5 Usage When used heals the player by TBA health Health Pills is an item added during the ToT x Doors Event. It can be used by the player to heal them. Usage It is used to heal the player. Trivia If player has max pills in one slot, picking up another will make the new one disappear, thus being impossible to be picked up by other players. If player has max hp they can still consume Health Pills, although they won’t do anything. Usage Makes the player faster for 12 rooms, similar to Vitamins. Trivia The Speed Pills was not originally in the event but was then added in part two. It was teased in the first reveal image. This item is called "Flare" in the game files. Usage It's unknown what it would've done. Black Key INFORMATION Type Key SOUND FILES Equip TBA Black Key is the equivalent of Hotel Key or Backdoor Key for the Haunted Mansion and Nightmare Mansion. Trivia It was revealed in first teaser for event, but it was so blurry people still couldn't tell what the image from the teaser was for a bit after this was released. After two minutes it gets an outline letting it be seen through walls. The see through walls effect is very similar to an effect of Moonlight Float Candycorn INFORMATION Type Currency Usage In the Shop SOUND FILES Collecting TBA Candycorn is currency in this event, It can be used by the player to buy things for Tanorians. Usage It can be spent to buy things for Tanorians in Haunted Realm shop. They can also be collected to climb up the leaderboard. Trivia Candycorn can also be gained via opening Doors and Ruptures. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Date Added October 31st 2024 "Now its time for grand finale... I just need a few volunteers" - Illuseer Illuseer is a tanorian that plays a major role in this event. Appearance Illuseer is a white creature with 3 fingers on each hand and yellow eyes. Looking like jester, being half dark purple and half pink. During Rupture he is in the big library-looking room with 2 levels, and ripped out further part of the room. In the middle resides their construction, made out of what seems to be parts of that room, in a shape of an eye. During battle "the eye" flashes various colors adding to battle's disco-style. Carpet is light red with horizontal zigzag dark red pattern. Behavior It watches the player and presumably commentate of their adventure, they seem to be the antagonist and the Overseer of the Haunted Realm. Illuseer is fourth and last Rupture (4 vs 1 extra strong tanorian) at Door 100. They are Dark/Psychic type at level 30 and their move-set is: Pity Punch, Robbery (2 moves TBD) Official Description Illuseer lives outside of what we know to be reality. Although capable of traversing across time and space, Illuseer can only use their powers on what's in the present; this has led it to force a previously inhabited estate into its own domain of darkness. In these domains and across the Tanorio region, Illuseer finds pleasure in dressing up and warping other Tanorians into forms previously unknown, often times with influence from realities seemingly unknown. Trivia Illuseer is the only tanorian showing up in a Rupture, which doesn't attack player directly. They are not in Nightmare Mansion. They are a teal light in shape resembling some sort of portal or star. Behavior Each death results in exactly same message. They are not really helpful. Trivia They might be the ones showing us keys if we take too long to find them, but it's not confirmed. The official name of this entity is unknown but people are calling it names like : Teal Light ; Guiding Light ; ToT Guiding Light ect. ToT Light is likely just Illuseer in disguise. Appearance Ecto is a ghoul looking creature made of cyan flames, his head is made up of a floating skull with glasses. He also wears a suit that looks rugged and torn a little. Behind Ecto you can see some drinks. There are also 4 other shelves behind him. On the left ones we can see 2 kinds of medication, these being the Healing Medication on lower shelf and the Green Medication on upper one. On the right lower shelf we can see Flashlights when on upper right one there is the flare. Trivia Ecto is confirmed to not be a Tanorian and is instead just a normal character. Official Description Drippo do nothing but eat and lounge all day, when they're not doing one of the two they are looking for the next fashion statement to impress other Drippo in the community. Every year Drippo migrate to Tanorios marshy swamps to participate in a Fashion show to find a mate. Appearance They look like little fluffy black spiders with yellow eyes and pumpkin casing, which they hold onto themselves with few strings of spider web. Also they can hide in it and look like regular pumpkin.Jachnid can spawn Shiny or White in minigame. Behavior They spawn at Door 050, hiding as pumpkins. Player can click on them to disturb them and see if it's a real Jachnid. One of pumpkins is hiding a Black Key needed for Door 051. Official Description Jachnids are very shy Tanorians, rarely will you ever see one out in the wild due to their small size, and elusive nature. Often times Jachnids will hide in various plants and use it as protection and shelter from the elements, but also other Tanorians. This shelter is maintained by their strong webbing which it attaches onto walls of the plant after eating out the interior from. Lock In - User focuses up and concentrates on the foe, increasing their chance of striking critically. " - The ToT Twitter Carvantula is an Tanorian that plays a major role in this event. Appearance She's a tall lumbering creature that takes the appearance of a black and gray, with white eyes and fangs mantis/tarantula with a jack o' lantern casing. There is 1/2000 chance of having Shiny Carvantula spawn. She's then blue and red, with casing being black. It is unknown if White Pumpkin variant can be found in minigame. During Rupture, she appears in a long hallway with Seek's eyes on the walls and windows, and giant spider webs. Carpets are lavender with horizontal zigzag purple pattern. Behavior She walks around the outside of The Haunted Mansion presumably to protect her young. She is the second Rupture Rupture (4 vs 1 extra strong tanorian) at Door 051. She's Bug/Dark type at level 30. Official Description The energy gained from fighting causes this Tanorian, and the pumpkin it lives in to burst open. Upon evolving Carvantula will gnaw scary patterns into their fruit to scare off enemies, sometimes to the point of paralysis. Despite all of this however, Carvantula maintain a strictly plant-based diet, only using these scare tactics as a defence mechanism. Trivia Carvantula is mountable LuckyHD confirms that it is a "she" Carvantula's Shiny us confirmed by LuckyHD to be a reference to Spider-man. For the first week of event, Carvantula in Rupture was level 35. She is not in Nightmare Mansion. in the main game of ToT it evolves from Jachnid at level 32. Astaroid INFORMATION Behavior Makes a quiet psst sound and bites a player if they don't look at it in time, Safeguard - Prevents moves from affecting the user this turn. Twinkle Twinkle - User tackles the opponent whilst infused with a small amount starlight energy. Chilling Wind - TBA Aggravate - User insults the opponent, angering them and preventing the use of non-damaging attacks. Appearance It takes the form of Screech with one less tentacle and is more in the shape of a star. It also has a star (shape) with two eyes in its mouth. It has 1/2000 chance to appear Shiny, which makes black goop, white. It is unknown if Mutated variant can spawn in minigame. If so, the goop will be light pink. During Rupture, they appear in a long hallway with Seek's eyes on the walls and windows. Carpets are lavender with horizontal zigzag purple pattern. Behavior When opening next Door, rooms have chance to "black out" allowing Astaroid to spawn until next Door is opened. Upon spawning, Astaroid will float near the player, Astaroid will emit a quiet "psst" sound. If players do not look directly at it within a certain amount of time, it will bite them, dealing some damage. If players do look directly at it, Astaroid will just back out eventually disappearing and de-spawning. Astaroid is the first Rupture (4 vs 1 extra strong tanorian) at Door 025. They're Cosmic type at level 30. Official Description A recently discovered species. Come back soon for more information. Trivia It's specificly Astaroid Screech, a reskin of the Astaroid normally in the game. Astaroid Screech is mountable. Mount is different from regular Astaroid. Their shiny is based off Giggle Mutation might be reference to Patrick Starfish. For the first week of event, Astaroid in Rupture was level 35. They are not in Nightmare Mansion. Appearance They look like marble statues with long hair and a dress, they appear to be crying. They carry face-looking masks which can also be removed to reveal their real face - a black void with purple eyes and tears streaming down from them in the same color. It has 1/2000 chance to appear Shiny. It has cyan shade then. Face stays black but eyes become cyan as well. Behavior In the Haunted Mansion they spawn in 3 specific room layouts in front of the player, and chase player around while they're not looking at them. They can spawn solo or in duets in Dining Room, with two long tables on sides, 4 closets at each end of tables and unique cyan-blue colored carpet. (before Door 050) Or in groups counting up to 5-6 in Maze-like room (after Door 050). There is a rare flooded room with 2 levels, where they spawn in group of 5-6 even before Door 050. In the Nightmare Mansion they can spawn in almost any room, solo or in duets as well as in large maze-like rooms filled with 5-6 of them. It possesses two small wings, with its six legs plated in bone and spikes, and carries mini mansion-looking structure on it's abdomen. Behavior In the Haunted Mansion: When they spawn, the candles will flicker and they will eventually begin to rush to the door ending the room they were spawned by, which makes it possible to outrun them. While it does this, it will emit a buzzing like sound. In Nightmare Mansion: Their behavior doesn't change, but they de-spawn one room sooner, to not be a threat for player since it's supposed to be a speedrun. Appearance Lampyro appears as a scarecrow that also has robotic parts. It has buttons for eyes, a straw hat, a cloak and hands that light up. During Rupture, they appear in a long hallway with Seek's eyes on the walls and windows, and giant thorny vines. Carpets are orange with horizontal zigzag brown pattern. Behavior When player walks past the crucified (the execution method) Scarecrow in red circle with candles in long hallway at door 075, Lampyro will rip it's arms off of the stick and will start running. Player must run through pseudo-maze, switching left and right to avoid giant thorny vines, stone closets and turn occasionally to the track without candies on it. Eventually they will run into another long hallway, which also counts as part of the chase. To end chase player must open door 081. Appearance It appears as black parts of the wall with many white oval outlines all over it. In the rest of ToT it appears as the entrance effect for the Haunted Tanocan where it releases some particles of seeks eyes around the tanorian, it also appears as the Eyes Aura where the same particles are always present while the tanorian is visible. It takes the appearance of a very small obby with deep liquid below. Behavior Whenever Seek is in the most recent room you gain the ability to jump (lose it next room), somewhere in the room there is a small obby if you fail the obby you fall into a dark liquid and instantly die. Trivia As an obby, they only appear in Nightmare Mansion. This makes ToT Seek the only feature to be Nightmare Mansion exclusive.

• There were 3 unreleased badges made in Doors style. It is unknown if it was meant for Doors.
  • Don't Blink, It's Behind Me Isn't It and Time Crunch
    • Last one was for surviving "Candyman". It is unknown what this entity was meant to do.

• There is a 1/2,000 chance for any tanorian in the Haunted/Nightmare Mansion to be shiny
• For the first few hours since the update's release, any of the features, including the badges, were unobtainable for new players due to a bug where the screen turned completely black for people who had not played the game before the update. This was later fixed in another update.
• Badges earned in the Tales of Tanorio game will not be part of the ones in DOORS like the way the First Tower Heroes Collab and Second Tower Heroes Collab badges are.
• RediblesQW has Tales of Tanorio in his favourited games.
• According to the developers of Tales Of Tanorio they made the concept for the collab, which was then presented to the DOORS developers, who agreed to collaborate.

Bugs

• If the Player attempts to sprint after playing the minigame they just fall over and are thus soft locked.
  • This can be fixed by using a mount but not everyone has one.
• A few days before part 2 of the event a bunch of models lost collision
  • Including the left wall in the lower part of the stairway and some rocks in the Haunted Realm allowing the player to walk out of bounds.
• Starting around part 2 of the event Termitator wouldn't spawn.
  • This made Closets completely useless.
  • Due to haptic feedback on mobile it can be determined that it still tries to spawn but fails.
• The walls in the Corn Maze can be climbed letting players go out of bounds.

Failsafes

• When falling out of bounds the player will eventually land on a large white cube
  • The first time in a run they will instantly teleport back to the earliest spawned room.
  • The second time in a run they will be stuck on the cube forever without being able to move.
  • getting here could be achieved by walking through the lower left wall in the Stairway and can still be achieved by climbing the walls in the Corn Maze.
• If a model fails to load it will be replaced by a model of a green question mark.
  • It is unknown what happens if the question mark fails to load.
