The Tip Jar is a non-canon secret item in DOORS that was officially added to the game as part of the 2024 Trick Or Treat Event (it was previously only obtainable via exploits[1]). When the "Trick Or Treat" Modifier is active, the Tip Jar has an extremely small chance of spawning after consumption of the "Prize Inside" Candy.
It is a semi-transparent empty jar with a white label that reads "TipƧ" (likely due to Jeff not being able to properly write).
Notes[]
- Currently, the Tip Jar can only be obtained using the "Trick Or Treat" Modifier, using the Candy "Prize Inside".
- The Tip Jar was added technically added in The Hunt: First Edition update, however, the only way to obtain it was through exploits.
- Players could obtain it by progressing until Jeff Shop closed, by triggering Rush or Ambush while the room was active. Then, activating a disabled ProximityPrompt (interaction) in Jeff's Tip Jar would give them the item.
- Jeff Shop no longer closes after the Floor 2 Update, so this method to obtain the item is no longer possible.

- Currently, the Tip Jar, can't be rifted, as the only way to obtain it is using a "No rift" Modifier.
- Anyways, that's not actually the reason, as, also through exploits, players could enter The Rooms to disable the Modifier, to then come back to The Hotel with the Tip Jar, and the rift enabled, but after finishing the interaction with the rift, the item simply won't get inside.[2]
- Before the Floor 2 Update, the Tip Jar could be rifted. When doing this, the Evil Dollar would appear inside the rift, instead of the Tip Jar. Trying to get the Evil Dollar would get the player killed by Anti-cheat Ambush.

- The Tip Jar's appearance is identical to that of the Tip Jar present in the Jeff Shop.
- The Tip Jar has no functional purposes, since pressing the button to use it won't do anything.
- The Tip Jar might be a reference the Roblox game, Pls Donate. Pls Donate has a collaboration with DOORS around the time the Hotel+ came out.
- Only a single Tip Jar can be held at a time per player.
