Hide now gives you a heartbeat minigame. If you fail twice, you get pushed out of the hiding spot.
Hide now has a physical form.
Rush and Ambush can now open 2 doors forward.
During Seek's chase there is a stronger aim assist during the hallway segments.
Bookshelves now fall in the Seek chase upon reaching them.
The first room after the Seek chase always flickers the lights.
Figure now spawns in as door 50 is opened (formerly 49) eliminating the lag spike that would occur.

Figure now has bright lights on its head in the Library.
Guiding Light now seals the doors to the Library, and after the end of every Seek chase.
Jeff is now animated. When his tip jar is full, he empties it. This allows the player to tip him more. He also places the items on the cushions himself.
You now need a Lighter to turn on the Candle.
Keys and the Library Paper now appear as a smaller slot in the hotbar and you no longer automatically hold them when collected.
Instead of the door number falling off of Dupe's trick doors, it becomes scratched.
Ambush's incoming sound is now lower.
Ambush no longer breaks the lights.
Ambush rebounds less.
Ambush has a smaller hitbox.
Appearance of the Infirmary has been overhauled, rooms with locked and unlocked chests can be found.
Appearance of the Courtyard has been overhauled.
Snare appears in the Courtyard, in the grass areas.
Screech has an animation improvement.
Doors in the Greenhouse have been changed to look like the Courtyard entrance and exit doors, with the door numbers on them.
There are less Snares in the Greenhouse.
Changed Halt's Hallway to look like an abandoned dining room.

Floor selector added to the modifier menu. Hotel, Backdoor, SUPER HARD MODE and Retro Mode.
Voice Acting is now a modifier as opposed to being forced during gameplay.
Removed "SUPER HARD MODE", due to its room generation system being incompatible.
Removed "A Few Places To Hide", likely due to it being redundant and having the same purpose as "Nowhere to Hide".
Removed "You Really Can Run", likely due to being seen as nerfing the game rather than buffing it.

The Hotel+ Update was eventually going to come out in December 2022, said in the teaser trailer, but due to the developers having mistaken with the release date, and shipping issues, it was later moved to January 28/29, 2023 shown in the second trailer.
